Quality Assurance Specialist I
Position Summary
The QA Specialist I will support the senior staff at developing test plans and scripts. Perform various software tests. Document and track all product and code deficiencies. Verify the accuracy and completeness of documentation. Also, develop and maintain knowledge of the current trends in software testing.
General Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience, working with PC and UNIX platforms with some experience in software development and networking. Must have a strong desire for quality, an attention to detail, and an ability to take work direction and to communicate effectively.
Qualifications
A degree in computer science, a related field, or a minimum of 4 years working in the software development or computer-networking.

Position Summary
The QA Specialist II will provide a full range of manual QA services to SWAT clients; write and execute test plans and scripts for a variety of software products. Assist with resolving software and network issues. Define and maintain the test environment. Develop and maintain build and release procedures for all new products. Perform a variety of software tests, document and track all product and code deficiencies; also, verify the accuracy and completeness of documentation. Develop and maintain knowledge of the current trends in software testing.
General Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience working with UNIX and Windows operating systems. Have some experience working with relational databases, programming languages, networking and communications protocols. Must have good organizational skills, a strong desire for quality, and an attention to detail with an ability to take work direction and to communicate effectively.
Qualifications
A degree in computer science, a related field, or a minimum of 4 years working in the computer industry. Plus a minimum of 2 years tenure as a software tester.

Assist with resolving software and network issues. Be the team leader on client projects, providing project management from project conception through completion. Develop and maintain knowledge of the current trends in software testing.
General Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience working with UNIX and Windows operating systems, relational databases, programming languages, networking and communications protocols. Have experience in application testing methods, with a specific emphasis in database or network software testing. Have team leader or management experience with top-notch organizational skills, and a strong desire for quality. Demonstrate the diplomatic skills needed to promote improvements in QA processes. Also, have the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical persons.

A degree in computer science, computer programming, or a minimum of 5 years working in the software-testing industry. Plus 2 years tenure as a team leader or manager.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with formal and informal methods for business process analysis, requirements management, and project management. Team leader or management experience with top-notch organizational skills, and a strong desire for quality. Demonstrate the diplomatic skills needed to promote improvements in development processes. Also, have the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, individually, or as facilitator of group sessions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years working in medium to large size IT development projects. 2 years tenure as a team leader or manager preferred.
